PRESENTATION CHECKLIST

Some Time Before the Show...

• Scribble out your show ideas and flow.
• Talk with the manager to let them know you want to do a show.
• Verify good microphone recording by testing on your computer.
• Verify via ChatRev everything is a "go" for the show.

Just Before the Show...

• Relax!
• Take a couple of deep breaths; after all, you're just going to have a "get together" with some friends and associates.
• Have a glass of water, etc. near. You will be talking and may need to wet your whistle!
• Set any notes in reach. Keep a pen handy.
• Verify lighting, if you are using a camera.
• ChatRev is running and is logged on.
• PRODUCER is running.
• Verify microphone input is good.
• Verify microphone is "On" in PRODUCER.
• Verify earphones are "Off."
• Press "Broadcast" in PRODUCER.
• Press "Record" in PRODUCER.

Beginning of Show...

• Greet the audience.
• Verify sound and video is good with audience.
• Keep show window area small.

During the Show...

• Have fun!
• Keep ChatRev visible.
• Check for questions every 2 to 3 minutes, keep pace of your show going.
• Occasionally verify (via ChatRev) if the audience is following you easily.
• Tell your audience "where" you are going next.
• Move your mouse smoothly and let it linger.

End of Show...

• Ask for any remaining questions.
• Thank the audience for attending.
• Direct the audience to the next presentation link, if any.

After the show...

• Turn off "Record" and save the file.
• Turn off "Broadcast."
• Relax! You did it!
